Returns and Exchanges: All ribbon purchased is 100% guaranteed for quality and customer satisfaction. Order errors and quality issues will be dealt with quickly and with customer satisfaction of utmost importance. We ask that all returns be made within a month of the purchase date.
Cut Ribbon Returns: Please e-mail us to let us know in advance of any quality problems or errors made on our part. No need to notify us if the return is for a reason other than quality or error. If a return is necessary for quality reasons, all costs incurred for the return and/or exchange will be reimbursed to the customer and all arrangements can be made via e-mail. Returns due to customer error or "changed-mind" are also gladly accepted, but return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
Spooled Ribbon Returns: Please e-mail us to let us know in advance of any quality problems or errors made on our part. No need to notify us in advance if the return is for a reason other than quality or error. Spooled ribbon is returnable if there are major quality issues found as it is unspooled, but this DOES NOT INCLUDE splices. It has become more frequent to find a 50 or 100 yard spool that is non-continuous; in other words the whole 50 or 100 yard length IS NOT ONE PIECE. We cannot accept returns for spooled ribbon that is non-continuous; we price the ribbon inexpensively and we ask, in return, that you plan for the possibility you may not have one continuous piece, particularly on a 50 or 100 yard spool of grosgrain. Ribbon purchased by the spool is otherwise guaranteed for quality, but has a limit on return postage costs. We will be happy to exchange or refund the purchase price for spooled ribbon, but cannot assume return postage costs. For obvious reasons, we cannot measure and inspect spooled ribbon prior to shipment so quality is difficult to ascertain. We will always send the best quality ribbon possible, but, on occasion, seams, imperfections and wrinkling may become evident as spooled ribbon is unrolled. (Our experience has proven that wrinkling is the most frequent problem. This is easily remedied by running a warm iron over the ribbon). We feel that since the spooled ribbon is priced considerably lower on a per-yard basis and since it is impossible for us to inspect and measure spooled ribbon prior to shipment, we must ask the customer to assume the postage cost for return of spools.
1. Please ship returns using the US Postal Service to the following address: Really Reasonable Ribbon, PO Box 92, Pine Island, NY 10969. Include your original invoice or a copy of the order confirmation message you received at the time of your order.
2: Include a note indicating the charge card number, the expiration date, and the cvvs number (the last three digits on the back of your card above the signature line) for the charge account you would like us to use to process your return. For your protection we do not keep credit card information on file, even if you have registered with us and are a repeat customer; our apologies for any inconvenience.
